1:1 COACHING

Parents returning to work after family leave often experience a range of concerns and worries. While each individuals experience will vary, common concerns include:

  • Balancing work life and family life

  • Judgement or bias from colleagues

  • Career progression

  • Physical and emotional well-being

  • Handling guilt

I’m a parent myself so I understand some the feelings you might be going through. I also returned to work after my maternity leave and get how tricky that time is (that’s part of the reason I started my business).

My background is in HR and recruitment so I’m in a pretty good position to see all sides. I’m also a qualified and accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council

If you’re about to return to work and you’re feeling overwhelmed, send me a message and we can arrange a time to talk about how I can support you.

SOME HAPPY CLIENTS

It was really useful to talk through where I am with my work/life balance and where I want to be - it actually made me realise how lucky I am to be where I am! I now have a clear plan as to what I need to do! You were patient and calm and gave me an alternative viewpoint which was invaluable.
