Coaching Packages

My coaching services are designed to help parents feel supported, confident, and valued, no matter what stage of their career they’re in. As part of your wider culture of support for parents, return to work coaching can unlock conversations that help retain talented staff, improve employee engagement, and close the gender pay gap.

The progressive organisations I work with acknowledge that support is something that should be available to everyone, whether you’re a new mum or dad, an adoptive or foster parent. Whilst each has their own specific needs, the benefits of coaching are universal: increased clarity, confidence, and resilience, and a happier, more sustainable work life.

The coaching packages below provide support for both team members and leaders at the point of returning and their line managers who play a vital role in supporting them.

Return Ready Coaching

Ideal for employees throughout your organisation, the Return Ready Coaching Programme supports team members at the point of returning. As part of your wider culture of support for parents, coaching for team members can lead to higher rates of retention and progression to leadership.

Beginning before their return-to-work date and running for four sessions, new parents use these focused coaching sessions to plan, build confidence, manage change, and feel ready to thrive.

  • Return Ready Assessment: coachees set a clear starting point and intention for their coaching sessions with an online questionnaire completed before the first session, which reflects on challenges, strengths, values, and goals.

  • Four 1:1 coaching sessions (1 hour each), delivered online.

  • Review and feedback form for the coachee to capture progress and insights.

  • A quarterly report for your organisation, including insights to inform wellbeing and inclusion strategies, and anonymised common themes covered in coaching (where coachees have given permission to share).

Investment: £1,750 Per coachee.

Return to Leadership Coaching

Navigating a huge parental transition whilst also leading others is no mean feat. And whilst the skills gained in parenthood are assets in this chapter, many new parents returning to leadership roles report a sense of sheer overwhelm.

As well as tackling the challenges your leaders are facing at work and at home, the Return to Leadership coaching programme strengthens lines of communication and supports the success of the whole team.

Ideal for directors, managers, and team leaders, coachees have six 1:1 coaching sessions over 18 months, as well as access to support via email for the duration. We’ll also undertake a DiSC personality assessment and use the insights to explore behavioural preferences and communication styles that help leaders smooth the path back to work.

  • Six 1:1 coaching sessions (1 hour each), delivered online.

  • Personalised DiSC personality assessment and debrief focussed on strengths and communication preferences.

  • Review and feedback form for the coachee to capture progress and insights.

  • A quarterly report for your organisation, including insights to inform wellbeing and inclusion strategies, and anonymised common themes covered in coaching (where coachees have given permission to share).

Investment: £2,800 Per coachee.

Supporting a Returner: Coaching for Line Managers

As returners grapple with their own journey back to work, there’s plenty going on behind the scenes at your organisation too. As part of all that preparation, line managers play a crucial role in ensuring returners feel seen, supported, and able to balance both work and family life.

During two 1:1 sessions, line managers explore challenges beyond simply logistics: coaching provides a thoughtful space to discuss factors affecting their returner’s confidence, plan workload, and predict and prevent burnout too.

Whether new to line management or with years of experience, this extra support for managers strengthens teams and improves communication.

Included:

  • Two 1:1 coaching sessions (1 hour each), delivered online

Investment: £875 per coachee.

Parental Return to Work Audit & Action Plan

Supporting parents through maternity, paternity and wider parental transitions requires clarity, consistency and confidence across the whole organisation. Yet many HR teams and line managers are unsure whether their current approach is truly meeting the needs of working parents, or where to begin improving it.

The Parental Return to Work Audit & Action Plan gives you a clear, objective view of how well your organisation supports its valued working parents, and what practical steps will make the biggest positive difference. Through structured insight and a tailored action plan, leaders can strengthen policy, culture, and the employee experience, helping create a culture where parents return with confidence and remain engaged for the long term.

Before offering new coaching services to employees, the Audit and Action Plan is ideal for HR leaders, DEI teams and organisations wanting to enhance retention, belonging and manager capability. The audit combines a deep-dive consultation, a five-pillar assessment, and a clear roadmap of recommendations that can be implemented immediately and over time.

“ Laura helped me find confidence and direction during my return to work after maternity leave. She helped me develop simple daily practices that make my workload feel manageable.
